smoothies
we made our inagural smoothies with our new blender last night. it was pretty awesome. Orion, Michael and I all bought lots of fruit on our way home, so now we have about 30 pounds of fruit sitting at home waiting to be blended up. We need to find a way to make ice, because our fridge doesn't do a very good job of it.

Can you buy frozen fruit? That is what I do. If one of the fruit ingredients is already frozen, don't need the ice. Does that mean your fridge won't freeze?
frozen fruit! great idea. we will try it. we have a mini-fridge, it comes up to about my mid-thigh. needless to say we don't store a lot of stuff in it. although we have been cooking more lately (three times this week already) and plan on getting an oven soon. so we only have a small shelf in the top that is supposed to be a our freezer, but its door broke off, so no, we don't really have a freezer.
